The Vault sells curated vintage and collectible items. Because these pieces are one of a kind and often show honest signs of age, they are sold as described and as-is. Please read each listing and its photos carefully before purchasing.
Return eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if an item arrives damaged in transit or is materially not as described. Expected vintage wear, patina, and characteristics noted or shown in the listing are not grounds for return.
How to request a return
Email nick@pursuitmonterey.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and respond with next steps.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.
Return shipping
If the return is due to our error or transit damage, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Non-returnable
We do not accept returns for change of mind, fit, or expected vintage condition.
